Any goods that are not required should
be returned within 14 days.
Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed,
in their original condition and packaging, must have original labels
and/or tags. If all these conditions are met we will gladly issue
a refund or offer an exchange.
Please include the original receipt
with the item. Circle on the receipt the item(s) name(s) that you
want to return or exchange. For exchange, include details (name,
color, size) of the item(s) you would like to exchange.

We kindly ask you to notify us about
return or exchange using our CONTACT page.
We can only refund money to the same
credit or debit card used in the original order.
We can only send exchange item(s) to the same address used in the original
order.
Please allow us up to ten working
days for your goods to be returned to us. As soon as we receive
the goods we will either replace them or issue a refund. This can
take a few working days. We will let you know as soon as refund
has been processed or exchanged items have been shipped.
We recommend that for your own security,
you obtain `proof of posting` when returning unwanted item(s) to
Elenalingerie.
